At Elitano Coffee, we value your convenience. That’s why we offer free delivery on all orders over 1000 AED across the UAE.

Whether you’re purchasing coffee machines, accessories, or brewing tools, you can enjoy having your items delivered to your doorstep at no additional cost.

For orders below 1000 AED, a standard delivery fee will apply.

We still aim to ensure timely and efficient delivery for all your coffee essentials, regardless of order value.

Standard delivery charges will apply to all products on sale or purchased at discounted prices.

Shipments are delivered within 2 working days from the date of the order.

If you place your order before 6:00 PM UAE time, you will receive it within the next 2 working days.

Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment box is intact, in good condition, and has not been opened before receipt.

The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt.

The purchase invoice that arrived with the shipment must be provided.

In the event that there is a mistake in the order on the part of the customer, the customer shall bear the full value of the freight both ways.

In the event that the shipment is not received from the customer’s side and is retrieved by the shipping company, the customer bears the freight value both ways.

If the customer requests to ship the product again, the customer bears the freight value.
